We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3–4 business days. Delivery timelines generally range between 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification. In certain cases, our team may reach out to verify order details before dispatch. After shipping, we are happy to assist with tracking and any delivery-related queries.

We ship internationally to all locations serviced by recognized courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, Aramex, UPS, USPS, and Sky Max.

International shipping charges are borne by the customer

Free international shipping is available on orders of USD 250 or above, applicable only to products purchased directly from our website


This offer does not apply to custom or personalised orders, as these involve additional production costs



DELAYS & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including government regulations, customs procedures, weather conditions, natural events, pandemics, or courier operational issues.

All parcels are shipped via air service for faster delivery. In the event of delays, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Rest assured, our team actively coordinates with courier partners to ensure your shipment reaches you at the earliest.

PERSONALISED / CUSTOM ORDERS

Personalised and custom-made products such as monogram cufflinks, brooches, pendants, or bracelets are made exclusively on order.


No cancellations, returns, or refunds are permitted on personalised or custom orders


As per company policy, no refunds are provided on any product once sold

However, items may be eligible for exchange or credit note only in cases of manufacturing defects or if a damaged product is received.



EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Each Thaalwale piece is handcrafted and unique. Slight variations in stone shade, texture, or finish are natural and should be expected. These variations may appear differently across screens and are not considered defects.


HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE


Please review product details carefully before placing an order, as all items are made-to-order

Exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Courier charges to send the product back to us will be borne by the customer.

Shipping of the replacement item will be covered by Thaalwale.
